The Lorax
California State Parks and the Lorax are teaming up to make state parks cleaner and greener!
The Lorax is the ultimate caretaker of the environment, brought to life by Dr. Seuss in 1971. As a passionate protector of nature, the Lorax speaks for the trees and reminds us of the consequences of unchecked environmental harm. His story has resonated across generations, inspiring both young and old to consider their impact on the planet. With his signature mustache, unwavering conviction, and playful yet urgent tone, the Lorax embodies the delicate balance of education and entertainment. His character and his story make sustainable an accessible and engaging topic. More than just a literary character, the Lorax has evolved into a global icon for environmental advocacy.
