Self-Guided Field Trips at Humboldt Lagoons State Park are facilitated independently by K-12 grade teachers, college educators, chaperones, and/or youth program leaders without the support of California State Park or The Yurok Tribe Cultural Resources Department staff. Please note: Self-guided field trips to Humboldt Lagoons SP- Chah-pekw O’Ket-toh Visitor Center are EXTREMELY LIMITED due to open hours and space in the visitor center.
Reservations are MANDATORY for school or group visits to the park and must be made at least 14 days in advance of the proposed visit date to allow for preparation and scheduling by park personnel. Submit a reservation request today!
