What’s up? — Resources Hub Reminder
Jan 29, 2026
Jonathan Camacho, Analyst I, Interpretation and Education Division
It has been a little over a year since the new version of the Interpretation and Education Resources Hub was officially launched, and it continues to be updated with new resources for interpretive staff throughout the state. For those new to state service, or as a reminder to those who have been on staff for a while now, the Resources Hub provides you with:
- Video recordings of the monthly statewide webinars with links or downloads for any accompanying resources.
- Being included on the statewide interpretive mailing list (via membership in the SharePoint). You will be kept updated with any upcoming webinars, trainings, or news related to interpretation.
- Resources and recordings from past online training sessions.
- Links to view/download any of the handbooks, guidelines, and policies, such as the Basic Interpretation Learning System (BILS), Interpretation Planning Workbook, or our Social Media Policy.
- Access to program-specific resources such as:
- Topic-specific chat in Microsoft Teams to ask questions, share information, or help out others across the state.
The Resources Hub continues to be a resource for you, our interpretive staff across the state. Keep a bookmark on your browser, and please continue to refer it to your colleagues. If you have any suggestions for more content or have a comment, please send an email to me, jonathan.camacho@parks.ca.gov.
